Shareholder Notification: Premium Selection UCITS ICAV – BlackRock Future Technology
We refer you to the instrument of incorporation of the ICAV (the latest version of which was approved on 18 August 2022) (the “Instrument”).
The Instrument provides that all Shares in any Fund then in issue may be redeemed by the ICAV where the Directors believe it is in the best interests of the ICAV, Fund or Shareholders.
The Directors have been advised that the Fund’s small size (at approximately $18.7 million) with little prospect of raising new capital in the future, means the Fund is no longer economically viable.
In the circumstances, and in accordance with the terms of the Instrument, the Directors have resolved that it is in the best interests of the Fund and the Shareholders to terminate the Fund and effect a full redemption of all Shares in the Fund on 8 April 2026 (the “Liquidation Date”).
