Premium Selection UCITS ICAV – Western Asset Bond Opportunities: Changes to the Investment Policy and Strategy
Three Rock Capital Management Limited is the UCITS Management Company for Premium Selection UCITS ICAV, an Irish UCITS established as an umbrella fund with segregated liability between its sub-funds under the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015, having its registered office at 149 Francis Street, Dublin 8, D08 W6E8, registered under the laws of Ireland with number C431615.
An Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of the Members of Premium Selection UCITS ICAV – Western Asset Bond Opportunities (“Fund”) has been convened on 11 October 2023 for the purposes of presenting for approval an amendment to the investment policy and strategy of the Fund. The mark-up of the supplement of the Fund has been appended to the EGM Notice published on 21 September 2023.
The resolution has passed.
An application shall be made to the Central Bank of Ireland for the proposals to take effect on or after 14 November 2023 and the amendments will be binding upon each member whether or not they voted in favour of the resolution or at all. This includes an update of the name from Premium Selection UCITS ICAV – Western Asset Bond Opportunities to Premium Selection UCITS ICAV – Jupiter Strategic Absolute Return Bond Fund.
