T.Rowe Price Asian Equity ex-Japan – Shareholder Notification

T. Rowe Price Asian Equity (ex-Japan) (the “Fund”)
Dear Shareholder
We refer to the supplement in respect of the Fund (the “Supplement”). The purpose of this letter is to notify you as a shareholder of the Fund, of certain amendments to the Supplement as described below.

1.
Change of Investment Manager
With effect from the Effective Date, T. Rowe Price International Limited will cease to act as the investment manager in respect of the Fund and will be replaced by Ninety One UK Limited (the “New Investment Manager”).
2.
Change of Name of Fund
With effect from the Effective Date, the name of the Fund will be changed from “T. Rowe Price Asian Equity (ex-Japan)” to “Ninety One Asian Equity (ex-Japan)”, to reflect the appointment of the New Investment Manager.
