We are writing to notify Shareholders of the Fund of changes to the fund supplement as detailed in the attached document. In particular, we wish to notify Shareholders that the fund will cease to be categorised as an “Article 8” fund under the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (“SFDR”) and will now be categorised as an Article 6 fund under SFDR.
